The highest decision-making body between meetings of the World Congress is the International Committee. It is elected by the World Congress from representatives of the sections. It meets once a year.
The Bureau meets between International Committees in order to oversee the implementation of decisions. The Bureau is accountable to the International Committee for the decisions it takes.
The 2020 IC could not take place because of the Covi-19 pandemic. The Bureau decided to publish certain of the documents prepared for the meeting that contribute to ongoing discussions.
Hugo Blanco is currently in hospital in Sweden receiving urgent medical care. He is not entitled to free medical care and the bill is growing daily. He is being cared for by his children but we need help from the international community to cover these costs.
