Stalin Pérez Borges is a historic trade union leader and veteran activist for socialism. He is the leader of the United Chavist Socialist League, "LUCHAS" (a group that has permanent observer status in the Fourth International) and is a member of the Consultative Council of the Confederation of Bolivarian Socialist Workers (CBST).
