At the recent meeting of the International Committee of the Fourth International, the Communist Party of Bangladesh (Marxist-Leninist) was accepted as a Permanent Observer within the Fourth International. This presentation of the Bangladesh left and his party was made by Pathak Lal Golder at the French New Anticapitalist Party (NPA)'s summer university in Port Leucate in August 2011.
