Here we publish parts 1 and 2 of the EZLN Declaration, adopted by a big majority at their recent "consulta". The EZLN proposals are less dramatic than some expected. They maintain their "offensive ceasefire", and promise to pursue a much more proactive policy of alliances with the rest of the left, and all those fighting neoliberalism.
